The Anthonian Literary Club held its assembly on the morning
of 6th August, 2012. The topic of the assembly was “Literature”. The
students belonging to the club spoke on the various facets of literature and
its influence on the lives of people. Just as life influences art, art also
influences life and it is nowhere more evident than in the literary field.
Literature as a form of art was symbolically displayed in the banner depicting
the human mind in the literary world. The civilizing influence of literature on
society is great and that is what was explicated in the assembly.
The Anthonian Literary Club was the first of the many clubs in the school to host a general assembly.
This is the just beginning of something really big.! I can call myself lucky to be a part of something like this highly inspirational club. My best wishes for The Anthonian Literary Club. :)
